Woohoooo! I baked! lol

Hi there huns!

LOL yup I tried my brand new oven today :)

We're celebrating Orthodox Christmas tonight and I wanted to make something special... so I decided to bake a striped chocolate cake from scratch (even the icing is made from scratch too) :)

You may think I'm crazy that I'm blogging about this but it's actually a real act of heroism for me rofl Cooking is the thing I don't have the gut for... just don't like it, scared of it... I can spend a whole day washing, cleaning, ironing and enjoying it... but cooking is the undiscovered universe I feel too humble to trespass!

Now you might be sure that was a real challenge!!!

Well... I succeeded! :)
